Description
The Ex Edges Blue is an opposed handle texturising scissor, it has a radial chunky 10 tooth blade design or a fine 30 tooth design. A finger rest (tang) on each handle allows the cutter to choose whether the cutting blade or the toothed blade is stationary or moving.
